I want my clients to feel measurable change and get to a point where they feel ready to move on from therapy. To do that, we will have a thorough discussion of what you need, hope for and have gone through in your life. We will co-create a list of your goals, adverse or disturbing experiences, a resource list, and a list of beliefs or ideas that have been shaped by your experiences. Our thoughts, beliefs and behaviors are the end result of what we have been through but they can change. We will check back as needed on these measures and lists so that you can see your progress and focus on what you want to address next.

I  have a passion for working with couples. I help couples regain what has been lost and find what is possible. I teach clients how to communicate to connect and be understood. I also help clients understand the factors that have supported the patterns they are entrenched in. 

Fostering a safe and comfortable environment for clients to learn about themselves and progress toward what they want for their life is important to me.

A safe place means:
